Fidium Fiber Subscribers

Fidium Fiber Subscribers:

You must turn off all the Advanced Security Services on your Router/ISP Device.

How to Turn Off Advanced Security (Attune App)
Open the Attune™ WiFi app on your mobile device.
  1. Navigate to the Home tab.
  2. Go to the Settings menu.
  3. Locate the security settings section (often labeled Shield or Security).
  4. Toggle off the following features:
    • Online Protection
    • Adblocking
    • Advanced IoT Protection

Key Considerations
  • App-Based Management: Fidium-supplied routers (gateways) do not have a traditional local web interface (GUI) for settings; you must use the app for configuration.
  • Privacy Mode: Some users have reported that enabling "Privacy Mode" in the app can restrict certain security monitoring functions.
  • Alternative Option: If you do not want to use Fidium’s security features at all, you can bypass the Fidium router entirely by hooking your own router directly into the ONT (Optical Network Terminal). Note that this may require configuring PPPoE credentials or calling support to register your own router's MAC address.
  • Support: If you are unable to toggle these settings, you may need to call Fidium support at 1-833-970-4577 to have them unlock advanced settings.
  • Never Mention PandaStreamTV to your ISP, Technicians or your Bank.
