You must turn off the Advanced Security on your router.
To turn off advanced security and content filtering with Sparklight (especially if using eero devices), open the eero app, navigate to the 'Discover' tab, select 'eero Secure' (or 'eero Plus'), and toggle off the "Advanced Security" and "Content Filters" options. For email-specific filtering, adjust settings to 'None' in the WebApps portal.
