Creating a backup

Backing up your server is very important. In serious conditions your files could corrupt or could be accidentally deleted. Face it, we've all done it.

Backing up is quick and easy, it only requires a few easy steps!

1. On your Multicraft panel go to the menu on the left.
2. Click on Files -> Backup
3. Click Start

This will only take a backup of your world folder.

To restore a backup at a later date you follow steps 1 and 2 again but this time click "Restore"
you then click "restore" on the right hand side under the backup you want to restore.

If you would like to ensure that all of your data is backed up in one of our databases there is a small fee with a 3 day cycle.

For any further assistance please submit a ticket to our very helpful support team. :)
